Quality and Quantity food production, sanitation, portion control, and use of standardize recipes. Ability to estimate requirements. Ability to pick-up, move, and store food items, stand and work long periods, and work in heat /and or other stressful conditions. Must be able to read and interpret labels and recipes. Two to four years experience in food production preferred. On the job training is available.
High School Diploma preferred
