Nurse Manager Inpatient Services
Responsible to Easton Hospital for supporting the corporate mission,vision and values. Responsible to Director of Inpatient Service and Cheif Nursing Officer for providing leadership, management and direction of the Progressive Care Unit, Telemetry and the Med/Surg Unit. Supports the clinical departments through the processes that enhance direct care, informational needs for trending, tracking, financial analysis, and the ongoing assessment to improve departmental operations. Responsible for producing successful outcomes and results. Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current licensure in the State of Pennsylvania. BS or BSN required. Masters in Nursing or related field preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in clinical nursing practice. Three to five years of nursing management experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Current state licensure, current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NPR as appropriate to department.
