Position Summary:
Collaborates with other members of Senior Leadership, is accountable to lead and manager hospital-wide strategic initiatives to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and families at Palmetto General Hospital. The Patient Experience Coordinator manages implementation and maintenance of projects and process improvement initiates related to improving patient and family experience and consistency across departments. Working with department directors and managers, coordinates interdepartmental resources, develops project plans and process flows. Coordinates the collection, analysis and reporting of hospital-wide satisfaction data including comment review/gathering as well as integrating real time and rounding data.

Position Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities)
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or other closely related field is required. Master in Health Care or related field Preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders is required.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and information is required.
