Position Summary

The administrative supervisor is an expert clinical and administrative advisor to staff on weekend, evening and night shifts, responsible for the cohesive interactions of multiple clinical/non clinical disciplines.

Job Requirements

  1. Registered to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  2. BSN, or Bachelor's in related health care field.
  3. Advanced Cardiac Life Support expertise.
  4. IV certification desired
  5. Minimum of five years professional nursing experience in positions of progressive responsibility.
  6. Demonstrated expertise in clinical practice.
  7. Minimum of two years experience in leadership/managerial role.
  8. Proficiency in computer applications used in the healthcare setting
