Job description:

Functions as the initial point of contact. Interviews patients to gather demographic and financial data. Establishes a patient record and medical record number. Provides information relative to Advance Directives, Patient Rights and benefits assignment. Is knowledgeable of compliance policies and requirements. Demonstrates the ability to solve problems/issues independently. Obtains certification and referrals from insurance carriers as required. Analyzes patient financial responsibility and attempts to collect at time of service. Provides these services in a manner that consistently exceeds the expectations of the customers we serve.
