Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer plans and directs all aspects of an organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for the attainment of short and long term financial and operational goals. Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
