Contract Recruiter- Talent Acquisition- 90 Days
This will start as a 90-day assignment that may go longer if needed.
Provides a variety of recruitment, employee relations and compensation functions, as assigned, for all areas of the hospital; provides assistance and support to the Hospital and the Human Resources Department in all functions, as required, to ensure the operating efficiency of the Department. This position requires flexibility and confidentiality in all aspects of the job, and the ability to assist all employees, Department Heads and visitors in a courteous manner according to hospital policy.
Special Considerations/Age Specifications: Age legend not applicable. This position has not responsibility for assessment, treatment or care of patients; however, the ability to communicate with patients of all ages is required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience):
High School education with college degree preferred
3-5 years' previous recruitment experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database
Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
Must be able to handle several projects simultaneously in an accurate and successful manner.
