Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer service phone lines.
  • Answer patient account questions related the charges, balance due and insurance information.
  • Communicate with external clients regarding patient accounts.
  • Return patient calls with 48 hours of receipt.


  • Minimum 2-3 years of Healthcare Customer Service experience required.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare insurance plans a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and communicate effective in English, additional languages preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge.
