- Answer incoming customer service phone lines.
- Answer patient account questions related the charges, balance due and insurance information.
- Communicate with external clients regarding patient accounts.
- Return patient calls with 48 hours of receipt.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Healthcare Customer Service experience required.
- Knowledge of Healthcare insurance plans a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and communicate effective in English, additional languages preferred
- Basic computer knowledge.
