POSITION SUMMARY:

Plan, organize, direct, and control the facilities management functions of the hospital, including but not limited to planning, design, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and disposal of plant facilities and equipment. Establish goals, objectives, standards of performance, develop and implement operating policies and procedures; interpret policies, standards, regulations, and codes to personnel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. HS Diploma required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Hospital Maintenance and Facilities Management experience required
