Job Summary: Disinfect and sanitize all areas for patient readiness. This may include offsite locations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic cleaning functions in assigned areas following established methods.
  • Perform heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods such as: dust and wet mop floors, scrub or buff floors with appropriate equipment, vacuum and shampoo carpets for cleaning and bacteria control, cycle clean induction units, light fixtures, and windows.
  • Assists in cleaning emergency spills when observed or upon request.
  • Observe and report the need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
  • Assist in setting up rooms for meetings and special functions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2 years’ experience preferred.
  • Background Checks as required by Federal and State law.
