Assists the physicians with record completion requirements. Reviews all types of discharged record for record completion requirements. Medical Staff Rules and Regulations and JCAHO requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education

High School graduate or equivalent, post high-school education preferred.

Required licensures/certifications

Skills and Abilities

Ability to speak, read and write in the English language

Experience

Previous experience in a physician office or hospital setting.

Extensive knowledge of clerical technical aspects of medical records creation and processing is preferred.
