Please be advised that this position is temporary and based on the current operational needs of the Steward Health Care/Good Samaritan Medical Center. Therefore, the duration of this position is subject to the discretion of Steward Health Care/Good Samaritan Medical Center based on such operational needs.

Summary: Performs all cleaning, floor care and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities: Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean, orderly and good operating condition. Respects hospital and company property. Exercises good judgment while working around patients and visitors. Remains professional at all times. Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend repeatedly. Must be able to communicate effectively in English to follow verbal and written job assignments and work well as a team player.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
