Position Summary:

Uses specialist knowledge to assist in the development HR related policies, organizational, individual performance and behavior at work. Knowledge of regulatory HR standards and technology. Understands the culture of the organization and its impact on HR policies and processes.

Behaves with integrity, Demonstrates strong analytical skills. Identifies and sets HR priorities within the context of business plans. Supports long term organizational goals. Works with department leaders to promote and facilitate facility initiatives. Demonstrates effective project management skills. Anticipates situations, assesses the probable impact, and performs accordingly. An energetic and responsible Business Partner that delivers excellent outcomes. Facilitates positive working relationships and focuses on departmental needs. Understands the needs of people and the organization. Accommodates and adapts to different circumstances and audiences. Proactively explains and supports changes and organizational initiatives. Seeks, evaluates and integrates best practices within the organization. Champions innovative ideas, Acts as liasion for one or more of the following areas: Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Recruitment and Retention, Human Resources processes, Compliance and On boarding. Performs all Human Resources functions for assigned area of responsibility.

Additional Information



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Required licensures/certifications

PHR or SPHR preferred

Skills and Abilities

Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft


2- 5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, benefits administration and HRIS system.
