Job Description

The Human Resource Generalist I analyzes data and makes recommendations as appropriate. Processes paperwork according to established procedures. May prepare internal communications regarding benefits and/or company policies. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the HR department. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelies to perform the functions of the job. Works under the immediate supervision of the HR Director. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least one year of experience.
