POSITION SUMMARY:

The marketing operations coordinator serves as the backbone of the corporate marketing team. This position oversees the execution of corporate marketing programs and supports the day-to-day operations of the enterprise-wide marketing team. This position ensures the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, events and special projects with a focus on end-to-end optimization— from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver planning, governance and support functions that allow marketing programs to deliver value and results.
  • Serve as the “hub” of corporate marketing team that supports day-to-day operations and fulfillment of key initiatives.
  • Responsible for internal communications with field marketing team to enhance results of corporate marketing initiatives. Build and maintain communication processes that link corporate and field marketing.
  • Responsible for supporting marketing staff with fulfillment of creative requests. Add value to marketing initiatives through the coordination of information among corporate team, vendors and field marketing teams.
  • Develop content for marketing initiatives through coordination of information, research and writing.
  • Copywriting for websites, social media, internal communications, email marketing, etc.
  • Build processes for and manage the financial aspects of corporate marketing projects including AP priority management, monthly actuals review, budget monitoring, media fund management and vendor relations
  • Manage campaign reporting process with key vendors and distribute information to appropriate field marketing teams.
  • Coordinate corporate marketing events and provide support to field marketing events as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Marketing and writing experience required.
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software required, especially with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Writing and content development skills a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE/TECHNICAL/OTHER:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  2. Experience (Type & Length): At least 3 years marketing, project management, administrative support experience, preferably in the health care environment.
  3. Certification/Licensure: n/a
  4. Software/Hardware: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  5. Other: Position located in Dallas, Texas
