Job Summary:

Designs and prints forms for use both in-house, off-site facilities and by physician services. Delivery of items to user departments, which may include handling of pharmaceutical drugs, medical equipment, med/surg supplies, forms, and office supplies. Receive controls and stores all printing and mail room items maintained in inventory. Main processor for both incoming and outgoing mail for the Health System.


  • Prints all in-house and off-site forms and materials for inventory and single department use, and many forms for use by physicians' offices.
  • Designs/Types/Verifies forms as needed/requested.
  • Maintains adequate stock levels of forms on the shelves.
  • Manages routine maintenance and cleaning of all machines.
  • Receives, sorts, and delivers all incoming mail and packages for departments, patients, and staff.
  • Monitor’s postage meter for appropriate levels
  • Assists with receiving orders in the warehouse, as needed
  • Assists with picking, packing and delivery of orders in the warehouse, as needed
  • Monitors the reception area of the purchasing department, greeting and assisting visitors as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
