Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients and is responsible for the overall provision and maintenance of a therapeutic environment in the behavioral health unit. Meets individually with assigned patients and facilitiates group intervention. Documents on patient activities as well as interactions with patients. Takes vital signs, weighs patients and collects routine specimens. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Closely monitors patient behaviors and intervenes as needed. Works under immediate supervision. Bachelor' degree required in Health related Science, experience with Behavioral health population preferred.
