Job Description
We are recruiting for a Per-Diem COTA for our team. Shifts will vary and will be flexible.
Wage is commensurate with experience and Per-Diems receive $1.00 above offer rate.
Administers Occupational Therapy programs as planned and directed by the Occupational Therapist, documents patient treatment and progress according to Medical Record policies and procedures, assists in scheduling and selected activities in Occupational Therapy department, communicates and collaborates with other team members and patient/families, directs techs/students as they assist with patients/families, performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or technical school required.
- Current Ohio license as COTA by OT, AT, PT License Board Certification required.
- Previous experience as a COTA preferred.
