Patient Care Technician
The role of the PCT is cross-functional and includes secretarial and clerical duties within the role of nursing assistant under the direction of a registered nurse Assembles and labels charts for incoming patients
Minimum Education Requirements: High School graduate or GED. Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant training program
Minimum Work Experience: Minimum one year as a nursing assistant or student nurse who has completed one semester of basic clinical experience.
Other skills and abilities: Familiarity with medical terminology preferred Bilingual a plus.
Equipment/Software/Certification: Current BLS certification
