Position Purpose:

The Performance Administrator Supervisor will manage and lead the team of Performance Administrators. . This supervisor will be responsible for an onsite and remote team that works in collaboration with provider practices focusing on improving quality and closing healthcare gaps for patients. This supervisor will also be responsible for working with other departments to ensure collaboration and consistency with gap closures. This position is based in Richardson, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities of each team member to ensure compliance with metrics, policies and procedures, trainings, and all other business needs. .
  • Exhibit deep knowledge and understanding of quality measurements for patients’ health care compliance.
  • Demonstrate expertise and skills of PA process through ability to work the role of the Performance Admin team and all associated responsibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Liaison management team, aligning on processes between the two teams for increased efficacy.
  • Log and report on key metrics, analyze data and demonstrate continual process improvement through updated processes, applicable to business needs.. This includes working with leadership to identify pain points in the operations and determine a solution to streamline operations.
  • Ensure team members are trained appropriately and are current on all internally assigned trainings.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings and company required reviews to develop staff.
  • Develop/Maintain employee audits on a weekly basis, to include the monitoring of call metrics and quality.
  • Be visible and available to the team members.
  • Works collaboratively with assigned Performance staff, Office Managers, and practice staff to coordinate improvement efforts related to overall performance.
  • Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State and/or County laws and regulations related to coding and documentation guidelines for Risk Adjustment and HEDIS measures.
  • Ensures standards of care are held when managing PHI, as this role is coordinating office visits for screenings.
  • Work with HR to recruit and select team members.
  • Assist with other operational needs as they arise.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred

Work Related Experience:

  • Customer service experience
  • Healthcare knowledge
  • Supervisor Experience – preferred
  • Contact Center Experience

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office, strong knowledge in Excel
  • Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
