Per Diem As Needed
Qualifications: Licensed as Physical Therapist as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current certification in Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the following: prolonged standing and walking; lifting of supplies up to 40 pounds; pushing/pulling; grasping; reaching; squatting; kneeling; repetitive procedures; ability to perform or assist with transfer of a patient up to 150 pounds.
Obtains all appropriate information from patient medical records and/or interview. Consults with physicians and other caregivers as needed.
Establishes appropriate treatment plan based on results of subjective and objective assessment and precautions.
At discharge, makes appropriate recommendations for equipment HEP, self-care management, and continued services.Important COVID message
