Physical Therapy Tech PRN

POSITION SUMMARY

The Therapy Technician is under the direction of the physical, occupational and speech therapist. The technician transports patients according to the scheduled appointment time and maintains compliance with safety policies during transport. The individual prepares and cleans treatment areas for patient use. The individual adheres to the populations that are appropriate for safety guidelines. The technician performs clerical duties as needed. The therapy technician follows state guidelines and supervision requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• On-The-Job-Training
• Good computer skills
• Interest in PT and OT
• Good communication skills
