Position Purpose:
As a Program Manager at Steward Healthcare Network, you will play a critical role in the development and support of multiple applications used by our SHCN care management, performance improvement, referral management, and provider enrollment teams. Reporting to the Vice President of Technology and Informatics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and oversee the implementation of our product roadmap. Your engagement with key stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our application development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps in close collaboration with business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, providing guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that milestones and goals are being met. Regularly communicate development status to key stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across all applications and contribute to the formulation of strategies aimed at meeting these needs effectively.
  • Track and manage change requests, updates, and enhancements for our entire SHCN application inventory, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Actively participate in the identification and resolution of complex application problems, escalating any potential delays or roadblocks to management.
  • Maintain an updated SHCN Application Inventory, including vendor/development contacts, business owners, and support responsibilities.

Education:

  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred

Years of Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience with healthcare product development and management.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Experience in integrations between data warehouses and front-end systems.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, specifically focusing on CRM and Community platforms.
  • Experience in managing large populations of end-users, both internal and external.
  • Sound understanding of Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum.
