Shift: 25hrs per week ; part-time benefit eligible ; week #1: Tues/Wed/Fri: 3p-11:30p & week #2: Tues/Wed: 3p-11:30p, Sat: 7a-5:30p
Position Summary: Technologist will perform radiography & angiography procedures; will work under the supervision of the modality supervisory technologist and modality medical director.
Education: Documented training and experience in radiography
- Current BLS certification
- Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license*
- Current ARRT registered certification in Radiography with RT(R) designation*
*For recent radiological technology graduate only: ARRT registered certification eligibility in Radiography with RT(R); must obtain registered certification within 12 months of hire and prior to the expiration of a temporary Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license
- Ability to use computers
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to hear and respond to staff and patient needs
- Ability to physically position patients
- Ability to manipulate imaging equipment
Software/Hardware: Imaging acquisition, processing, reviewing, sending, and retrieving equipment (hardware and software); Hospital information system equipment (hardware and software)
