Gives direction, answers questions, calls for those who have appointments, and those requesting employment information. Provides patient and staff information in person and by telephone. Maintains awareness of fire laws and duties in relation to the lobby. Accepts and manages deliveries to patients/staff/departments. Screens and announces all visitors to staff.
Handles Gift Kiosk opening and/or closing, stocks as needed and handles all transactions.
1. Must be dependable and punctual.
2. Must have ability to deal pleasantly, but firmly, with people of all ages
3. Computer skills and familiarity with the use of Meditech (patient information) and Intranet (staff directory)
4. Ability to use multi-line telephone.
