Recruiter will be shared between Coral Gables and Hialeah Hospital


Provides a variety of recruitment, employee relations and compensation functions, as assigned, for all areas of the hospital; provides assistance and support to the Hospital and the Human Resources Department in all functions, as required, to ensure the operating efficiency of the Department. This position requires flexibility and confidentiality in all aspects of the job, and the ability to assist all employees, Department Heads and visitors in a courteous manner according to hospital policy.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral in English)
  • Must be able to handle several projects simultaneously in an accurate and successful manner
