KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and prioritizes calendar(s), schedule(s), coordinates meetings, and communicates closely with Regional President and C-Suite Executives.
  • Prepares and assembles materials for high-level leadership meetings.
  • Maintains departmental files and ensures confidentiality of those files.
  • Functions as on-site office manager maintains relationships with external vendors, orders equipment and supplies, and troubleshoots and triages facility issues as they arise.
  • Collects information, including financial data, and prepares reports and presentations for Regional President and C-Suite Executives.
  • Handles all day-to-day activities including payroll/timekeeping, marketing, newsletters, network access, and attending high level meetings to take minutes when requested.

  • Demonstrates high degree or organization and the ability to plan and manage long-term administrative projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; exceptional phone skills.
  • Ability to interact and work well with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Maintains information in a confidential manner according to policy.
  • Possesses a high level of maturity and tact.
  • Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Understanding of the health care delivery system.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE/TECHNICAL/OTHER:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  2. Experience (Type & Length): Three to five years of experience working in an Executive Administrative environment, supporting multiple individuals required.
  3. Hardware/Software: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint are essential).
