Summary:

Responsible to Trumbull Regional Medical Center for supporting the corporate mission, vision and values. Responsible to Nursing Services for supporting the philosophy and providing high quality, comprehensive patient care. Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service.

Salary Range: $31.00 - $37.51

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.

• Current Ohio license as a registered nurse by the Ohio Board of Nursing required. â¯

• Maintains current certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS.

• Previous experience as an RN preferred.â¯

• Specific areas require specific qualifications and must meet required skills for unit specific addendum.

Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Performs as a team leader of multi-skilled workers to accomplish plan of care for each patient.â¯

• Leads multi-skilled team to provide high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive patient care.â¯

• Independently, makes sound judgments and effective decisions relative to patient care.

• Performs all skills on the Registered Nurse Equipment/Skills checklist and ER specific addendum

• Performs other duties as assigned
