Job Summary:

Certified Respiratory Therapist, (C.R.T.) – Credentialed by National Board of Respiratory Care (N.B.R.C.). Meets Massachusetts State Licensure requirements. Responsible for all therapeutic, diagnostic and rehabilitation functions in all patient care areas, with age specific competencies for all ages. Duties may include pulmonary function lab, blood gas lab, CardioPulmonary rehabilitation, and all routine care normally associated with a C.R.T. Active participation in continuing education, performance improvement, departmental orientation and community education programs is expected

Minimum Education Requirements:

B.S. preferred; A.S. with applicable experience considered

Minimum Work Experience:

0-3 years clinical

Equipment/Software/Certification:

Current MA license or eligibility; current CPR certification preferred
