Our specialized services include cardiology, orthopedics, maternity, diagnostic imaging, emergency care with a 24/7 level IV Trauma Center, wound care, and women's health and breast care services.

About the Shift:

7p – 7a Rotating Schedule with Rotating weekends and holidays

About the Position:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the patient care setting under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Communicates with supervising RN/Preceptor about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities. Provides service to ages of neonate through geriatric. ALL ACTIVITIES THAT REQUIRE A LICENSE TO PERFORM MUST BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF AN RN. (Documentation of these activities must be cosigned by the supervising RN/Preceptor.) Activities that may be performed by unlicensed personnel may be done and documented independently. Other duties as assigned.

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Successfully completed 3RD semester of Associate Degree RN program.
  • Certifications as indicated by the Steward Certification document.
