RN- Wound Care FT Days
Under the general direction of the Clinical Nursing Manager, Wound Care Center, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of on-going services among the patient, the patient's family, the health care team in the Hospital, and the Wound Care Center. The Registered Nurse facilitates the planning of care for patients with wounds to promote maximum benefits from available health care services to promote continuity of care. The Registered Nurse may provide direct patient care services or supervision of others in the pro-vision of these services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing required.
- Two (2) years of staff nursing in an acute care setting or staff experience in a wound care or other clinical setting preferred.
- Reference Steward Certification Grid for all required Certifications.
