Speech Therapist / Pathologist Contract - $45 hr - Mesa, AZ

This contract will be 7 weeks, June 9-July 28, at Mountain Vista Medical Center, may occasionally float to Tempe.

Position Summary:

The Speech-Language Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients in accordance with orders from the referring physician. Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to improve communication and/or swallowing efficiency. The Speech-Language Pathologist functions in accordance with their State Practice Act.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an approved school of Speech Therapy
• Current Arizona State License
• Current BLS Certification (CPR) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• 2+ years of experience, Hospital experience preferred.
