Mountain Vista Medical Center is a full service, 178-bed hospital that opened in July 2007. Mountain Vista has earned a reputation for high-quality care and as a great place to work.
Our main goal is to help patients get well and back to their life as quickly as possible. We use some of the most modern medical technology available, which gives the physicians on the medical staff the ability to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions faster and with greater precision.

The Staff Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients in accordance with orders from the referring physician. Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to improve communication and/or swallowing efficiency. The Speech-Language Pathologist functions in accordance with their State Practice Act.
Flexible on call hours available. Time and half pay if called in during scheduled on call time for time in the facility. Weekends are 8 hour on call.
Current Arizona State License to administer Speech-Language Therapy Services
Biannual CPR certification and completion of mid-cycle CPR demonstration.
Annual online learning requirements
Ability to read and communicate effective in English.
