Steward is widely recognized as a national leader in implementing a new model of integrated health care delivery. Steward’s model takes care of patients from wellness and care management all the way through their end of life. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides analysis and reports to help the system make informed and timely strategic decisions. The FP&A team also connects to and collaborates with all business units across the system supporting both regular and ad-hoc financial, operational and statistical analyses. As a result, members of the team receive significant exposure to the overall business and develop networks and working relationships across the organization. Under the guidance of the Manager, the Senior Financial Cost Analyst will implement cost allocation methodologies to provide an effective profitability analysis and reporting tool (based on direct and indirect cost as well as inpatient and outpatient service lines), support high-level analyses and facilitate the improvement of profitability determinations. |
