Receives, controls, and stores all items maintained in inventory. Delivery of items to user departments which may include but not limited to the handling of Pharmaceutical drugs, medical equipment, med/surg. supplies, forms, and office supplies. Performs duties of Central Supply and Warehouse as needed.
- Receives supplies and equipment through physical verification and electronic transactions.
- Stocks inventory shelves making sure stock is correctly located, properly rotated, and identified.
- Informs appropriate personnel of changes/discrepancies in stock.
- Assists in unloading deliveries.
- Creates, fills, and delivers orders to nursing units from Central Supply and Warehouse locations.
- Accurately handles and files necessary paperwork.
- Accurately stocks Crash Carts and Intubation Boxes in Central Supply.
- Performs issue/receive functions in computer system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Tow motor experience preferred
- Computer skills required
- Clearances as required by Federal and State Law
