System Quality Health Care Analyst
The Healthcare Quality and Compliance Analyst proactively monitors and analyzes federal regulatory and policy changes and develops projections of operational, clinical and financial impacts on US Family Health Plan. The analyst communicates these analyses to USFHP management and oversees the implementation of new regulatory and policy changes. The Analyst coordinates with the USFHP management team and external business partners to develop and report quality-related data to federal agencies such as the Department of Defense (DOD), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and to the Brighton Marine Board. The analyst maintains US Family Health Plan quality and patient safety databases, spreadsheets and reports, and will work with external partners, such as Tufts Health Plan, to obtain or develop additional data.
- Education: Baccalaureate degree required, MPH or RN degree required
- Experience: Five plus years of experience in health care policy and data analysis, or health care clinical quality management, or a combination of a Master’s degree and related work experience.
- Software/Hardware: Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point
Other: Position requires proof that candidate is an US citizen. The candidate must also obtain government security clearance and maintain letter of trustworthiness.
