Talent and Acquisition Coordinator
Odessa Regional Medical Center was founded in 1975 by 14 obstetricians, pediatricians, and family practitioners as Odessa Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Through the years, the hospital grew and evolved into a full-service healthcare facility and the name was changed to Odessa Regional Hospital in 1995.
In June 2007, Odessa Regional Hospital purchased Alliance Hospital and changed its name to Odessa Regional Medical Center to reflect its larger campus and more comprehensive services. In 2015, ORMC acquired Basin Healthcare Center. The hospital has 225 beds and has approximately 250 physicians on staff and has over 700 employees.
Today, ORMC offers a wide spectrum of healthcare services, including advanced diagnostic imaging technology, emergency care, innovative surgical procedures, maternity care, comprehensive cardiac services and general medical care
About the Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00. There will be recruiting events where you may need to work after hours.
About the Position:
Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, and managed by the recruiter, the Coordinator provides support to the Recruiting Department. This position will assist in the new hire onboarding process as well as establishe and maintain confidential employee records within legal and company guidelines. The Talen and Acquisition Coordinator will help in answering employment and management inquires, and actively participates in recruitment functions. This position assist employees and applicants with recruitment questions and any questions surrounding the full cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will help in performing administrative and clerical related duties. This position may assist the Director of Human Resources or Recruiter, as applicable.
- Associates Degree or a combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of one-year experience in Human Resources preferred
- 2 years full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills in working with spreadsheets, data entry, Internet/Intranet, etc.
- Ability to use all office equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone skills
- Organizational Skills
