Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

POSITION SUMMARY:

Advanced level surgical scrub role for certified/non-certified trained operating room technician/specialty team lead. Assists surgeons with a variety of surgical procedures and complies with the objectives and policies of the hospital. Provides clinical and administrative supervision of designated specialty, acting as clinical and educational resource to the nursing staff. Effectively and efficiently orders/maintains required par levels of such specialty creating a trouble free environment. Analyzes and reduce supply cost. Required to work flexible hours and be on call nights, weekends and holidays. Knowledge of adherence of monitoring and compliance of all regulatory and licensing agencies including but not limited to TJC, OSHA, AHCA, CMS, etc.
