Position Summary:

Assists in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activities occurring in the nursing station by performing clerical and receptionist duties and maintaining the physical environment of the area.

Responsible for providing secretarial support for all employees within an assigned nursing unit. Maintains and updates patients records for a given unit. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Years of Related Experience:

• Minimum: 0-1
• Preferred: 2-4

Licensure/Certification/Education (Required):

• Education 1: High School Graduate/Equivalent
