Unit Secretary Physical Therapy
The Outpatient Secretary is responsible for all clerical duties, scheduling and registration of OT, PT and ST patients and greeting of clinic patients and families. The secretary will maintain a neat and orderly waiting room and office. The secretary will have good communication skills between the patients, families, therapists, physicians, business office and director. On occasion the secretary may travel to the hospital to assist the director with clerical duties. The secretary will also participate in all department meetings and educational in-services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of clerical experience. Office management preferred.
- High School Diploma
