I have the opportunity to help others by making sure they get an appointment as soon as possible and provide them with any information they may need. I also feel blessed to work in a wonderful office with great doctors and staff. I have many memories working for Woman’s health and Breast Care Center. Both offices have happy and sad memories. The most memorable is when a patient comes into the office with their new bundle of joy and ask if you would like to hold their baby. Holding a new baby is the best feeling in the world and is a honor to be. It’s also a great feeling when a patient comes to your window to tell you they appreciate your kindness, how they feel welcomed coming into the office and being greeted by someone with a nice smile and personality. When you hear nice things from your patients it makes you feel good that your providing them with good service from the time they walk in the door. We have a great hospital with wonderful caring staff. My husband who was admitted in the hospital recently had a wonderful social worker who went above and beyond to make sure his prescriptions were covered and called in before he went home.

The amazing staff that I work with at Women’s Health, and being able to educate the patients that come in for appointments. Being able to provide materials to patients on a variety of topics and/or discuss with them brings joy to myself/day. Even though it was sad, it was a day I helped a patient out after receiving bad news. While working with the patient, I comforted them and provided them with education and materials that would help them along the way. They were very appreciative. It’s a great feeling when you can help someone/comfort them. Steward Health Care has some of the best doctors that work for them in a variety of specialty’s.

I really enjoy the work I do as a Provider Onboarding Specialist. We assist healthcare providers nationwide onboard here at Steward. However, my favorite part about coming to work every day is being part of such a close knit, collaborative department. Onboarding providers often times is not an easy feat, but having colleagues that are supportive and always willing to help makes the job extraordinary. Steward Health Care continues to expand rapidly and countrywide. Most prestigious health care corporations remain local and do not have such a widespread of facilities. Steward offers so many growth opportunities to all of its employees across the United States.

My favorite memory of working through the day is just being around people and trying to turn a negative situation into a little brighter one. When I first started working here, everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Steward Health Care’s staff is very efficient with their care and time management with the patients.
